Processing Time

Once your order is placed, the Palace team works diligently to prepare and pack your items. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed before 5 P.M. (GMT+08:00) on business days are often processed the same day, while those placed after 5 P.M. (GMT+08:00) or during weekends and holidays will be processed within the specified timeframe.
